- Our Mission -


The mission of the Kuwait Cultural Office in Dublin is to support the educational goals of the State of Kuwait, to establish links between educational and research institutions in both Kuwait and Ireland, and to continuously develop the educational, professional, and research programmes of both Kuwaiti individuals and institutions. The Cultural Office is also responsible for Kuwaiti students attending institutions, colleges, and universities in Ireland. Thus, the Cultural Office helps facilitate student admissions, gives student counsel, and looks after student welfare. It provides financial and moral support to students and their families in Ireland. Our supervisory activity ensures their well-being. Each student is supervised by an academic advisor who monitors the student’s progress through university. The Cultural Office is responsible for the payment of student scholarship funds, as well as their tuition fees (which are paid directly to the educational institutions), their health insurance, and their airline tickets. The Cultural Office supervises students who are studying the following programmes:

 -  English Language Programmes;
 -  Foundation Programmes;
 -  Undergraduate University / College Programmes;
 -  Graduate University / College Programmes.

Furthermore, the Cultural Office holds meetings with educators from various educational institutions and universities in Ireland in order to explore new educational opportunities and potential cooperation. To schedule an appointment to visit the Cultural Office please call 01-5310090.

Owl Image تم عقد إجتماع المكتب الثقافي –دبلن مع ممثلي كلية الصيدلة في الكلية الملكية للجراحين بتاريخ الثامن من أيلول 2025 بحضور الأستاذة الدكتورة فهيمة العوضي رئيس المكتب الثقافي وكلاً من أ.مروة كمال الدين (المرشد الأكاديمي ) وأ. كلير فارنون مع كلية الصيدلة ممثلة برئيسة القسم (Helena Kelly) و رئيس قسم الامتحانات (Kenny Frank).
وذلك لتسليط الضوء على وضع الطلبة الكويتيين في الجامعة تخصص الصيدلة ونتائجهم الدراسية وبحث الأسباب والحلول لتحسين نتائج الطلبة .
وأكدنا خلال الإجتماع على ضرورةتم النقاش خلال الإجتماع عن التطوير الذي طرأ على نظام مراقبة الحضور والذي سيفعل بدءاًُ من شهر أكتوبر 2025 ليتسنى لنا متابعة الوضع الأكاديمي للطلبة,حيث سيتم العمل مع فريق العمليات لدى الجامعة لضمان استلامنا التقارير بشكل شهري. وتعتزم الجامعة تقديم محاضرات تحفيزية للطلبة من قبل طلاب خريجين كويتيين و سيمينيارات تلقي الضوء على المستقبل المهني لتخصص الصيدلة . وأكدنا خلال الإجتماع على ضرورة تشجيع الطلبة الإنخراط في المجتمع عن طريق دمجهم وحضورهم لفعاليات الجامعة. تم طرح و مناقشة إمكانية اخذ مادة اختيارية في الصيدليات الحكومية في الكويت وتضمينها ضمن المنهج الدراسي حيث ستكون تجربة عملية بناءة للطلبة للإنخراط في رحلة المسار المهني لتخصص الصيدلة. متمنين التوفيق للطلبة في مسيرتهم الدراسية

Owl Image The Kuwait Cultural Office and Kuwaiti Embassy would like to offer our sincerest congratulations to scholarship students Ms. Noof Albannai, 4th Year Medicine, and Mr. Hamad Alshatti, Foundation Medicine, who represented Trinity College Dublin at the annual Arabic speaking European debating championships in Istanbul. 16 teams and 150 debaters participated in the tournament, and Noof came second overall in the best speaker category. What a fantastic achievement! Both Noof and Hamad are excellent representatives of Kuwaiti students abroad and have made Kuwait very proud indeed.
